What data we collect
HonestRange collects minimal personal data. Analytics are provided by Plausible, a cookieless, privacy-focused analytics service. Plausible does not collect personal data, use cookies, or track users across websites. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymised.
When a lead form is submitted, such as for an installer enquiry or newsletter subscription, the information provided may include name, email address, and postcode. The postcode is used exclusively to match users with relevant local installers. No data beyond what is voluntarily submitted through these forms is collected.
Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for website analytics via Plausible is legitimate interest. As Plausible collects no personal data and sets no cookies, this processing does not pose a risk to users' rights and freedoms. For lead form submissions and newsletter sign-ups, the legal basis is user consent, provided upon form submission. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting contact@honestrange.co.uk.

Resend manages transactional emails, such as installer enquiry confirmations. Google AdSense may serve advertising when enabled. Supabase provides database infrastructure. Each service processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy, and all have been selected with data protection considerations.
Data retention
Lead form submissions, including installer enquiries and newsletter sign-ups, are retained for up to two years before deletion. Analytics data collected by Plausible is aggregated and anonymised, ensuring it cannot be linked to any individual.
Your rights under UK GDPR
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, individuals have the right to access personal data held about them, request rectification of inaccurate data, request erasure, receive data in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest.
